Active Substance: Spironolactone and Hydrochlorothiazide
Pharmacological effect: Aldactazide is a thiazide-type diuretic which prevents the conserving of the salt in the body. It maintains the level of potassium. This drug contains hydrochlorothiazide and spironolactone. Aldactazide is a water medication. The product eases the blood vessels; thereby the blood may surge easier and grows the quantity of urine.
Usage: Aldactazide is useful in treatment of hypertension, edema and cardiac insufficiency. It reduces the huge blood pressure and prevents heart attacks, kidney troubles and strokes. Aldactazide also helps in therapy of cirrhosis of the liver and nephrotic syndrome.
Aftereffect: During the treatment with Aldactazide you may encounter any of the following reactions: burning in the stomach, back and leg ache, bloody and dull urine, black and bloody fecal masses, blue lips, problems with vision, cough, low appetite, diarrhea, red eyes, troubles with breathing, vomiting, sickness in stomach and painful urination. If you have any of these symptoms urgent call emergency.
How to administer (optionally): Take Aldactazide twice daily. Take it at the same time. Don’t use it too close to your bedtime; take the drug at least 4 hours before it. Take it regularly till you start to feel better.
