Pharmacological effect: Flixotide is an inhaler which includes a foil lamina with blisters. Each blister contains a substance fluticasone propionate. This ingredient takes part of the group of steroids. It has an anti-inflammatory action.
Usage: Flixotide is used in preventing of asthma attacks. It is called averter. Another usage of the medicine is chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It works in treatment of COPD concomitant with taking of bronchodilators.
Aftereffect: The use Flixotide may bring different reactions. Normal effects: thrush in the throat, aching tongue, deep voice. Abnormal effects: allergic reactions, skin irritations, swelling face, lips, tongue
How to administer (optionally): Treating mild asthma for adults and children elder then 16 the recommended dosage is 100 to 250mcg two times in a day.
